The term “yarn” refers to a long continuous length of interlocking fibres that can be used to make rope, stitch, crochet, knit, or create other textiles. It can be produced using a variety of organic or synthetic materials, and it is available in a wide range of hues and thicknesses

We offer a wide range of products as per details below:

  1. 100% Cotton Carded, Combed, Gassed, Mercerized yarns made from Indian cotton fibre,Pima and Giza in Ring Spun, Open End, Compact, Air Jet, Elli Twist etc. in different categories of Hosiery and Weaving in the count range of 6s Ne to 100s Ne. We also supply cotton yarn in Organic and BCI.
  2. 100% Polyester and 100% Viscose Yarn and its blend in various combinations. We also offer Polyester/ Cotton yarn with its reverse blend (CVC) in raw white.
  3. Open End (Rotor – Ne 6/1 – 24/1)
  4. Offer speciality yarn like Slub, Lycra core spun, Melange and yarn with high tenacity viscose i.e. Modal and Tencel.

Cotton Yarns
Open-end yarns.                            Ne 6/1 to Ne 24/1

(From 1600 to 1900 CSP)

 Yarn for weaving & knitting end use. We supply only ‘AUTOCORO’ yarns in various strengths with virgin cotton and virgin cotton mixed with comber noil.
Ring spun carded yarns.                 Ne 6/1 to Ne 40/1 Auto-coned spliced & SIRO / EYC cleared yarns of different grades for knitting & weaving end-use.
Ring spun combed yarns.             Ne 7/1 to Ne 100/1 Yarns manufactured out of best quality raw cotton, with special emphasis on contamination and evenness control. All yarns are auto-coned spliced for knitting and weaving use. Yarn is produced with stringent control on contamination having very equipped detectors Like Vision Shield and Uster quantum / Loepfe in Blow Room and in Auto-coner respectively. We can supply yarn out of Indian, Egyptian, American, and West-African cotton.
Ring spun Combed Compact Yarn. Ne 20/1 to Ne 120/1 Compact yarns made from 100% cotton use world’s best compacting system to ensure lower hairiness with consistency and higher RKM. We can supply yarns made out of Indian Long Staple as well as Egyptian-GIZA and American “PIMA Cotton” for weaving and knitting end-use.
Double and Multi-Fold Yarns.      Ne 20/2 to Ne 120/2 We can supply the double and multi-fold cotton yarns made on TFO with wet splicing as well as knotting as per the customer’s need for sweater knitting and weaving in all twists (soft & hard).
Specialty cotton yarns.                  Ne 16/1 to Ne 100/1 We can supply gassed, mercerized yarns in single and double for knitting and weaving. We also offer a wide range of specialty yarn like slub, lycra core spun, Modal, Micro Modal, Tencel, etc. and cotton blended yarn with Modal / Micro Modal and Tencel.

 

Synthetics yarns and its blends
100% Polyester and Polyester/ Viscose yarn Ne 16 To Ne 40 We supply yarn in 100% Polyester and it’s blended with viscose in various blends.
Polyester/Cotton and CVC yarn   Ne 16 To Ne 40 We supply Polyester Cotton blended yarn in different blends/combinations for the end use of weaving and knitting. We make a range of Chief Value Cotton (CVC) yarns with blends 60/40; 52/48 etc.
100% Viscose/Rayon                     Ne 16 to Ne 40 & Ne 2/20 to 2/40 100% Viscose yarns made for knitting or weaving end use with Ring Spun and Open End Spun and Vortex spun Technology. We also provide double yarn from viscose from Ring and vortex spinning.
