The whole process of sourcing material to deliver to the final buyer is based on continuous monitoring and collecting all desired information. We understand the buyer’s requirement and accordingly ensure the quality. Do the physical inspection of goods and ensure quality as per desired parameters only and after the goods are passed as per the specifications, the lot is approved for shipment.

Process:

Once the material is taken into production it is initially checked for parameters against specifications issued and given the approval to continue the production. On the readiness of 80% production final inspection is carried out, where we analyse raw material use and its consistency, final product quality and its consistency, packing material quality, shop floor housekeeping and export culture etc. Based on our technical observation and comparing the inspected parameters against issued specifications approval is given for the further process of dispatch or else reject the goods. The goods are tested on the state-of-the-art machine USTER-6, and Classimat quantum, simultaneously fabric is also made to see the yarn appearance and if any objectionable faults are there in Greige and dyed stage. Once the fabric gets approved in all parameters, goods are given clearance for shipment.
